Châteauform’ Université is a new direction of the Chateauform’ group and will specialise in bringing the Chateauform’ way of hospitality and conviviality to our clients own venues, a comprehensive range of operational support for corporate universities.

We have been trusted with the operation of a new bespoke facility for Deloitte University EMEA (DU EMEA), a part of
Deloitte, the leading global network in professional services. The facility will have 265 bedrooms, and be able to cater for 500 daily delegates in 22,000 square meters dedicated to learning and open in late 2022.
We are now hiring the leadership team that will help create exceptional and memorable experiences for the Deloitte people across EMEA that will come to learn, grow and connect. By joining the Chateauform’ leadership for DU EMEA Paris, you will:

Your duties

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the entire establishment
  • Manage and organize a team of housekeepers of about 10 people
  • Manage and organize the intervention of a subcontracted housekeeping company
  • Manage the stock of linen and cleaning product
  • Responsible for the management of the team’s uniforms
  • Handle the customer centric service culture of Chateauform’

  • You master leadership techniques, you train, delegate, give responsibility, listen: you will be the leader of a team with multiple talents
  • You are autonomous, you manage and are responsible for the planning of your teams
  • You will be responsible for the relationship with the subcontractor(s) in full compliance with the rules in force
  • You manage the purchases in collaboration with our purchasing department and are responsible for your operational budget
  • You are fluent in English

Employement contract/Package  

  • Fixed salary + variable according to the profile

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar structure
