The Talent Incubator, our in-house university
Since the beginning we have invested in training our Talents through our corporate university: the Talent Incubator.
Open to all, this university give each member of the group an opportunity to progress and grow within the Châteauform’ group.
Whether you want to develop along a given path or switch paths to re-invent yourself, anything & everything is possible!
At Châteauform’, happy Talents means happy clients.
Genuinely happy & well-rounded Talents are those that are recognised by being given the possibility to learn & grow.
This is how they become an integral part of the development of the company.
The Talent Incubator allow us to:

We strongly encourage mobility within our houses, countries and professions at Châteauform’.
Mobility helps instil our corporate culture throughout all of our countries and experiences. Every time a Talent moves to another house or service they are individually introduced to their new surroundings. Their “travel diary” attests to the help per country we provide at each move.

The Happy Culture programme
This programme was launched in 2016 as part of the Talent Incubator. It is geared towards “high potential” members of the company and aims to achieve two goals:

Create a breeding ground for high potential Talents
With Happy Culture, each member is given an “individual development path” that sets out their strengths and room for improvement, action to take and what means to employ to further develop their career. This is a “free, voluntary and jointly-responsible” endeavour for everyone.
