Being a Seminar Advisor at Châteauform’ means being the ambassador of the European leader in seminars and events. It means being fluent in English and taking real pleasure in pleasing others. It is also about working in a team to satisfy our clients by finding them the best house to suit their seminar goals.
The Seminar Advisor’s primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving our occupancy rate (OR) objective.
But on top that, our Seminar Advisors are there to build long-lasting relations with our clients and develop new accounts. As a Châteauform’ ambassador, they know how to take the time needed to find a solution to all of the client’s requests and form an individual connection with him/her.
All Seminar Advisors work as at team. We are a humanist company with a strong sense of family, which is felt from the beginning of the recruitment process. Once shortlisted, candidates are then assessed by their peers, and if successful join the sales team of one of the Group’s experiences. That is when the teamwork begins. More experienced staff mentor new recruits, who will be given the time to visit our houses so that they are better able to sell them and advise our clients. This is the beginning of the adventure.
