House Seminar roles
Chef de partie

Is suggesting recipes based on his/her knowledge of French cuisine. Is overseeing the kitchen help & porters.

Head Chef

Loves cooking with fresh & seasonal produce. Is willing to share his/her recipes with our participants & loves bringing out the best in their team to make them progress.

Sous-Chef

Loves to cook & is second in command of the kitchen. Is fully autonomous with a strong sense of team spirit.

Commis cook

Is preparing dishes using his/her core cooking skills. Is following the Chef’s instructions & shows initiative.

Kitchen porter

Is in charge of cleaning the dishes & kitchen equipment, as well as putting away stores & helping the kitchen team.

Host couple

Loves entertaining, pleasing others and working in a team & as a couple to put a smile the face of all your participants.

Reception host

Loves to host & accompany our participants throughout their stay to help ensure their well-being and their seminar to be a success. Is the right-hand man/woman of the host couple.

Table host.hostess

Is greeting & accompanying our participants around meal & snack times.

Night host

Is greeting our participants & managing evening events. Is preparing the meeting rooms for the next day & is ready for anything.

Housekeeper

Is proudly keeping the house to look shipshape to the delight of our participants.

Campus coordinator logistics

Is the organisers’ point of contact along with the host couple. Is supporting them in the organisation & during their seminar or Event. Is handling all logistics & coordinating external service providers.

Technical Manager

Is in charge of the technical side of the seminar & helps the coachs, presenters or/and trainers with all their needs. And is in charge of the set up of the meeting rooms.

Maintenance manager

Is repairing & renovating the house. Is responsible for the general house maintenance & is working closely with our service providers.

Gardener

Is keeping the grounds of our houses in beautiful condition & is flourishing them. Also oversees the vegetable garden & its generosity alongside the house Chef.

Customer Relations roles
NOMAD Internal Culinary advisor

Is the NOMAD interface between our internal customers & the daily logistics department. Participates in the development of packages & budget monitoring, manages orders on the CBO software until invoicing. Also manages feedback to improve services.

NOMAD External culinary advisor

Is responsible for the costing, production, commercial & administrative follow-up of NOMAD’s external services on event sites (excluding Châteauform’), at the customer’s premises & as part of “tailor-made” services in Châteauform’ homes.

NOMAD culinary advisor support

Is the essential facilitator for the culinary advisor team: taking calls, recording, modifying & editing NOMAD commercial proposals. Organisation & planning of deliveries and extras.

NOMAD development manager

Is in charge of “new biz”, prospecting and development of target accounts defined with agencies & clients.

NOMAD Key Account Manager

Is in charge of the development & animation of annual contracts for clients & agencies. Data analysis, reporting & annual contract renegotiation.

EVENT development manager

Is in charge of conquering new markets by being on the lookout for new opportunities in the event market, on both the client & agency sides. Respond to calls for tenders and support. Also accompanies the client during the project set-up phase, during the sale & production of the event.

EVENT ambassador advisor

Is in charge of promoting one of our Event houses to the local market: prospecting, advice, development of commercial proposals, loyalty & marketing actions.

EVENT advisor

Loves to advise, retain & support our clients in the choice of our Event venues to ensure the success of their event. The entire team of Seminar Advisors is in charge of the TO (occupancy rate) of our Event homes.

Key Account Manager – CHATEAUFORM’ Group

Is in charge of the development & animation of our clients’ annual contracts: promotion of the contact agreement to all the company’s contacts, data analysis, reporting & annual contract renegotiation.

Seminar advisor

Loves advising & building long-lasting relations with our clients. Is in charge of the optimization of our houses & our occupancy rate (OR).

COUTRYSIDE seminar advisor (Campus & The home of seminars)

Likes to advise & retain our customers. The entire team of the Seminar advisors is in charge of the TO (occupancy rate) of our Countryside homes (Campus & The home of seminar).

COUNTRYSIDE logistics Nanny (Campus & The home of seminars)

Is the privileged and responsive contact for our clients for the entire logistical organisation of seminars from A to Z. Transmits all the information to the teams of our countryside homes (Campus & The homes of seminar).

COUNTRYSIDE seminar advisor support (Campus & The home of seminar)

Is the essential facilitator for the entire team of Countryside Seminar Advisors: taking calls, recording, modifying and editing commercial proposals.

CITY seminar advisor

Likes to advise & retain our customers. The entire team of Seminar Advisors is in charge of the TO (occupancy rate) of our City homes.

CITY ambassador advisor

Is in charge of promoting one of our City houses in town to the local market; prospecting, advice, development of commercial proposals, loyalty & marketing actions.

CITY Logistics Nanny

Is the privileged and responsive contact for our clients for the entire logistical organisation of seminars from A to Z. Forwards all information to the teams in our City homes.

Family Home support roles
Logistics manager / Fairy of the Family house

The “house fairy” is in charge of the organization of one of our family houses on a daily basis: is in charge of taking care of the Talents, both on the administrative side & on the lunch side by working hand in hand with the chef, is participating in the organization of monthly events (breakfasts, birthdays of the month) by bringing their grain of madness. Is also in charge of relations with suppliers

Recruiting officer

In charge of recruiting future Talents for all the Group’s experiences. Is making the advertisements after having developed them jointly with the leaders of the departments concerned, is making the first selections on file & the first telephone interviews. Is leading the pool of applicants. Is the essential link between the future Talent and their future leader.

Payroll manager

Is handling all of the administration duties for our Talents: administering payslips, holiday pay, etc.

CSR manager

Is in charge of developing & implementing the Group’s CSR policy to the various experiences & all our homes. Is training the Group’s leaders in order to empower all teams & make them aware of CSR issues.

Workplace safety manager

Is the guarantor within the Human Resources team of all security procedures. Is working with safety regulatory bodies & transmits good practices internally through various means: training, tutorials. Is in charge of the training that Talents must follow as well as keeping them up to date.

In-house university manager

Is in charge of the organization of the in-house University, the Talent Incubator, both in terms of recruitment of speakers & participation of Talents. Is force of proposal on the proposed topics & their formats (residential learning, distant-learning).

Client Intimacy manager

Is responsible for learning everything there is to know and understand about our clients & pass this on to our Talents in order for the clients to feel recognised.

Client Intimacy team

Is in charge of assisting the Client Intimacy Manager in collecting information & dispatching it to the teams of our homes to help them welcome & recognize our participants.

Manager accountant

Is keeping a constant eye on budgets. Is drawing up provisional budgets & is creating performance monitoring tools.

Partner accountant

Is in charge of our partner accounts and relations.

Client accountant

Is in charge of our client accounts and relations.

Heritage manager

Is in charge of the maintenance of our houses. Helps host couples to establish their annual investment budget & supports them in their implementation. Knows our suppliers perfectly & works hand in hand with them as partners.

Work Site manager

Is in charge of the follow-up of the works during an opening or during the renovation of our houses. In collaboration with the project manager of each site, is bringing the expertise & the Châteauform’ “touch”. Is working with our service providers – partners.

Audio-visual project manager

Is in charge of all audio-visual set-up in our homes: research, benchmarking and installations to meet our customers’ requirements as closely as possible & even anticipate them.

IT project manager

Is the supporting role to all of our teams. Is advising & answering their mailing, server or CRM system requests.

Business analyst

Is the guide for the Group’s various teams: teams on-site in our homes & sales teams, providing them with their past and future results on a daily basis. Is their compass that guides them to adjust and maximize the potential of their actions.

Marketing web project manager

Is in charge of any digital marketing project: creation of a new website, updating of an existing one, implementation of new tools, always at the service of our different experiences.

Traffic manager

Is in charge of the natural & paid referencing of all the Group’s websites. Is creating landing pages according to the needs of the different experiences. Its reporting allows each experience to calculate the ROI of its different actions. Is working hand in hand with the Communications & Marketing Managers.

Communications & Marketing manager

Participates in the development of the reputation of the Châteauform’ group and all its brands.
Is the support of local teams, homes and family homes, in particular the Customer Relations Department.
Establishes all multi-channel (off & online) and multi-target communication means to create a positive and emotional experience for our clients, ensuring follow-up from brief to KPI analysis.

Content manager

At the crossroads of digital marketing, journalism & community management, is contributing to the Group’s reputation through writing & image.

Community Manager

In charge of developing and managing the presence of the Group’s various experiences on social networks and other community spaces controlled by Châteauform’. Is the guarantor of the Group’s reputation and commitment to social networks. Is working in conjunction with the Content Manager.

RP & influence manager

Is in charge of relations with the press in general & influencers. Organizes meetings with journalists and speakers of the Châteauform’ group & ensures that Châteauform’ information is well distributed in the print & electronic media.

Development advisor

Is in charge of developing the sourcing of new opportunities in order to make the HOME experience grow, i.e. “make Châteaufom’ at the customer’s premises”. Seeks to develop existing customers or new opportunities outside the Group.
